The Programme of the 13th MPArt Festival – BRIDGES is Here!
Bridges are meant to bring us together, to help us cross over, to see the world from a different perspective. They are spaces of connection, exchange and movement — and this is exactly what the 13th MPArt Festival aspires to be.
With BRIDGES as its central theme, this year’s MPArt opens up a dialogue between artists and audiences, places and experiences, different artistic practices and ways of expression. At its heart is the creative potential of regional Greece, bringing together groups and artists from different parts of the country with creators from Athens and Europe, and creating new pathways for collaboration and exchange.
From theatre, dance and object theatre to slam poetry, interdisciplinary performances, screenings, workshops and an artistic residency, the programme of MPArt 13 – BRIDGES creates a diverse landscape of contemporary performing arts in Larissa.
From 11 to 27 September 2026, the city becomes a meeting place: a space where we can discover what is happening elsewhere, share our work, encounter new artistic voices and, for a moment, stand on the bridge — looking both at the journey we have travelled and at the one that lies ahead.
