MPArt festival is entering a new phase of redefinition, where the opportunity for departure and change is identified with freedom and rebirth. The festival is calling for groups and artists to submit their proposals for participation in the 12th event, which will take place from 5 to 28 September 2025 in Larissa.
The theme selected for 2025 is EXIT and it reflects the need to step out of the narrow contexts that confine us, to see new clear horizons and try an alternative, decentralized approach to everything. Our inspiration is the countryside, the villages but also the escape from anything metropolitan.
The organizers of the 12th MPArt festival are issuing an open call to artists and groups who wish to join us in composing the map of this year’s program. The call is for theatre, dance, puppetry, musical performances, inter-artistic performances and contemporary performances, short films, exhibitions and workshops in the performing arts. Priority will be given to proposals coming from the region (outside Athens) and to performances that include accessibility elements.
