Have you ever wondered what really happens in your body and mind the moment you sing together with others?
Do you remember what changes when you choose to let your guard down, to listen and be heard, to play and laugh like a child again?

If you don’t… then perhaps you need us with you.
SYMPHONÉS is more than a polyphonic vocal workshop.
It’s a living space where voices, bodies, and stories come together.
We explore traditional polyphonic songs from Greece and the Balkans, while also experimenting with polyphonic arrangements from other musical worlds: contemporary songs, swing, retro classics, folk, and anything else that inspires us.
Every voice discovers its own role and unique colour, weaving itself into the rich fabric of collective polyphonic singing. We listen, support one another, and find our common pulse. Together we seek resonance, synchrony, and harmony.
Through theatre games and playful movement, we develop expression, stage presence, connection, and trust within the group. We play, experiment, fail, and begin again. Singing becomes a means of communication, while the body becomes an ally of the voice.
No previous experience in music or theatre is required.
Just bring your voice, your curiosity, your creativity, and your good spirit.
Oh—and wear comfortable, warm clothes.
Guiding this journey are Elsa Mouratidou and Katerina Mavrofrydou, founding members of the a cappella group Stringless.
